  3.     Warp7Launcher is shareware. By sending in your shareware fee you will enable me to support and upgrade this product.

  7.     Warp7Launcher is copyright 1994, Mark K. Crutchfield. Warp7Launcher was developed in the Think C environment, so portions copyright Symantec.

  10. System Requirements

  12.     Warp7Launcher requires a Macintosh computer running System 7.0.1 or System 7.1. It will not run on earlier System versions.

  17.     Warp7Launcher is a Shareware program and is provided at no charge to the user for evaluation. You are encouraged to copy and distribute Warp7Launcher with the following restrictions:

  19. •    You may copy and distribute the self-extracting Warp7Launcher file but not the individual application and document files. This ensures that users receive a complete package with all documentation.

  21. •    You may not modify the Warp7Launcher self extracting archive file in any way.

  23. •    You may not charge any fee for the use, copying, or distribution of the product.

  26. Registration

  28.     If you find Warp7Launcher useful and want to obtain the latest version, you are required to register your copy. When you register, I will send you the latest version.

  33.     An $5 registration fee will license one copy of Warp7Launcher for use on one computer.
  34. Warp7Launcher is free when you purchase Warp7Finder Utilities.

  36.     To register your copy of Warp7Launcher, print the “Registration Form” file and fill it out. If you do not have a means of printing the form, write your name, address and “Warp7Launcher” on a blank sheet of paper. Mail the registration form with payment of the $5 license fee to:

  48.     Warp7Launcher is supplied as is. Mark K. Crutchfield hereby disclaims all warranties relating to this software, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Mark K. Crutchfield will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason, even if Mark K. Crutchfield, or an agent of Mark K. Crutchfield has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Mark K. Crutchfield's liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of the form of the claim. The person using the software bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the software.
